1. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer the following warranty coverage:

1.1 Furniture and Modular Cabinetry

  • Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage:
    • Structural Integrity: This includes the main framework and assembly of the furniture or cabinetry. We will only cover any material and craftmanship defects.
    • Hardware & Mechanisms: This includes hinges, drawer slides, knobs, and other functional hardware only if provided by our company.
  • Exclusions:
    • Client-Purchased Accessories or Hardware: If the customer provides their own accessories or asks us to purchase items from a supplier they select, we are not liable for any damage or defect in these items.
    • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal aging or wear and tear of the product, such as scratches, fading, or minor dents.
    • Improper Use or Maintenance: Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow proper care and maintenance guidelines are not covered.
    • Environmental Factors: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, such as humidity, heat, or sunlight, is excluded from the warranty.

1.2 Small Crafts (Non-Furniture Items)

  • Warranty Period: 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage:
    • Structural Integrity: This includes the overall assembly and construction of the craft. We will only cover any material and craftmanship defects.
    • Hardware & Mechanisms: Only applies if these are provided by our company.
  • Exclusions: Same as those listed under Furniture and Modular Cabinetry.

2. On-Site Repairs

If the item cannot be shipped due to size or was installed in place, the customer is responsible for paying a mobilization fee for us to conduct necessary repairs on-site.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide either of the following:

  • The original receipt.
  • A copy of payment acknowledgment from us.
  • The order number, if the item was purchased through our website.

4. Warranty Service

If a valid warranty claim is made within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective item.
  • Replace the defective item with the same or a comparable item.
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
