Made-to-order item

Please note that Items that are made-to-order will typically take 1-10 weeks for production before shipment depending on the complexity of the item. To know more about the proper estimate, you may message us through our social media account or email us at sales@thenuastudio.ph. 

Delivery

The Nua Studio offers delivery via the following courier

• Lalamove/Transportify - for large items or rush orders
• Ninjavan/J&T - for items less than 100cm in height/width/length

Item shipment lead time typically take 1-7 working days and Lalamove/transportify will be delivery on the same day of booking.

Important note:

Please note that should you suffer from any loss or damage due to the usage of third party delivery service, The Nua Studio cannot be held liable or accountable. The Nua Studio ensures all products are properly packed for transit but bear in mind that certain things are not within our control. any loss or damage should be claimed directly from the courier.

Pickup

You may also choose to pick-up your ordered items from any of the following location:

1. Megasavers Dau (Pampanga)
2. Sm City Telebastagan (Pampanga)

For pick up option, customer may need to notify The Nua Studio 3 days before to provide ample time for us to prepare the product.
