Do you customize?

Yes, you can send us designs with a photo or sketch of the furniture you have in mind. Please include dimensions and indicate the wood you prefer. send it to our email or send us a direct message on Instagram. Then we can provide a quotation for you.

Please do note if the dimensions are provided by our customer, we will be strictly following the provided dimension without question. If there are any concerns such as “what would be the ideal height”, and etc. these should be raised before the production. Any dispute regarding the dimension during or after the production period may not be entertained if the piece is already cut to their final dimension.

Is this treated against termites?

Termite treatment are additional add-ons on our existing product. Additional cost may apply.

What are the types of wood available?

Types of wood will be subject to availability. To see the type of wood we have check out here.

How long is the lead time?

Production lead time varies depending on the item you ordered.

Big items: 3 -9 weeks

Small items: 2-3 weeks

Please be patient, as all items are made to order and curated mindfully by our local artisans.

 

What are your delivery options?

Pieces that do not exceed 100cm will be delivered via Ninjavan

Pieces that are bigger will be delivered via Transportify

You can have your orders picked up around Angeles city or Mabalacat city

 

How much is the delivery charge?

For large items in Manila area we offer two types of shipping

  • Consolidated shipping (P1,300) - This allows us to consolidate different orders together to lessen the shipping cost for large item however the date for shipment will depend on the amount of consolidated item and you have to wait for the available shipping date before we ship out the item.
  • Direct shipping (P3,000) - we will ship the item 1-2 days after production completion without waiting for consolidation of other shipment.

Do note that shipment to our area may differ. You may email us in sales@thenuastudio.ph or message us in facebook or instagram to inquire the shipping cost.

For small item, we will process it via Ninjavan


Mode of Payment?

We offer online payments option using your credit card or debit card.

You can also settle payments manually through BPI, G-cash or Paymaya you can select the payment option of your choice during check-out. (For 50% down payment please select manual payment)

Please settle within 24hours to avoid cancellation of orders.

Can you design furniture for our business establishment?

We can suggest designs, and provide furniture layout for your business establishment, hence design fee will be charged. We will send 2 furniture design options for your business establishment.

If projects have been pushed through, we will deduct the design fee to the total amount of the furniture cost.
