Refund policy
The Nua Studio has a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item/s.
Return conditions:
- Item must be in unused condition.
- Item must be in its unmodified state.
- The item should not go through abuse and/or misuse.
- Item should be within the 7-day return policy.
- The customer should have proof of purchase.
What reasons can we return the item?
Defective Items
- Upon delivery of the product, we urge our customer to carefully inspect the product for any defects. For defects found make sure to take a photo or video of the defect after unwrapping the product.
- After item delivery the customer have 7 days to carefully inspect for any defects on the item. Once the 7 days window is gone we can no longer accept the return.
- Defective product should not be cause by man-made damaged. Item are considered defective if it is due to craftsmanship of the item.
Item not as advertised
Item may not be what you have seen on our website or the dimension discussed is not correct.
Wrong item delivered
How to return a product?
To start a return, you may email us at sales@thenuastudio.ph or contract us here. Please include the necessary details including the order number, proof of purchase (these can be receipts or screenshot of message discussion with Nua Studio representative), and item photos.
Please note that The Nua Studio reserve the right to refuse a return or replacement if item failed to satisfy our return conditions.
Refunds/Exchange Policy
Refund
- Processing of refund may take less than 15 working days from the date of approval for cash payment and for online payment and credit card it may take additional 15 working days to process the refund.
- Mode of refund will be based on the original payment mode unless stated otherwise
Exchange
Item may be exchanged if item qualified for the return condition. Repair or replacement of damaged items due to factory defect will be offer until supplies last.
As per Republic Act No. 7394 (or The Consumer Act of the Philippines), change of mind does not entitle you to a refund or an exchange. Exchange policy will be in conformity with DTI policy and subject to applicable Dealer’s/Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
For customized item once downpayment is made cancellation is no longer viable however you may request for any modification on your item (item price may vary depending on the modifications)
