Terms & Conditions

Ocular / Site Visit
Ocular/site visits are chargeable services. Fees vary depending on project size, scope, and location. Ocular fees are non-refundable if the client decides not to proceed. If the project moves forward, the fee will be credited toward the final contract value.
The visit covers only the agreed areas and scope. Additional spaces or measurements requested on-site may require a separate fee.

Site Readiness & Measurement Limitations
The client is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and ready for measurement. If measurements cannot be completed due to site conditions — including unfinished construction, restricted access, safety concerns, or unavailable areas — no refunds will apply.

Scope & Requirement Changes
Pricing and recommendations are based on the approved brief. Adjustments may occur if there are changes to design, dimensions, specifications, materials, or other project requirements. Such adjustments are part of the normal project process and are not grounds for refund.

Material Selection
Material, finish, and hardware selections are subject to availability at the time of confirmation or purchase. If a selected item becomes unavailable, comparable alternatives will be offered. Material availability is dependent on suppliers and does not qualify for refunds or liability claims.

Budget & Design Adjustments
Final pricing is confirmed after the ocular/site visit. Adjustments may occur as precise measurements, site considerations, design refinements, and material selections are finalised.
Differences between the initial estimate and final pricing are a normal part of project development and do not qualify for refunds.

Payments for Services Rendered
Payments covering design, drawings, 3D modelling, consultation, and technical work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Client-Initiated Changes / Delays / Cancellation
Requests for changes, postponements, or cancellations after work has begun may result in additional charges depending on the stage of the project. Completed services and incurred costs remain non-refundable.

Deliverables Upon Cancellation
If the project is cancelled after design work has started, completed outputs (including drawings, 3D files, and specifications) will be provided to the client. These may be used for reference purposes only and may not be reproduced, resold, or fabricated without written consent.

Refund Limitations
Refunds do not apply to ocular/site visits, professional services rendered, design work, revisions, technical preparation, site-related limitations, client-initiated changes, or supplier-related constraints beyond our control.
